How to organise yourself to practice Self-Love

  • Write your long-term and short-term goals separately – for example, a long term goal would be to save money for a house of your own and a short term goal would be to get good grades at the the upcoming exam.
  • Get a to-do list for the day, week and month.
  • Journal your day to day work.
  • Spend less time on social media and more time on creating great content that inspires yourself and others.
  • Have a separate me time on your to-do list.
  • Plan your day the day before or even at once for the entire week.
  • Pre plan your daily meals and workouts to save time.
  • Stick to your plan as it should be the number one priority in your life.
