Ways to practice Self-Love

(First two points should be a must in everyones day to day life)

  • 6-9 hours of sleep (at a stretch)
  • Drink a lot of water
  • Journaling
  • Meditating
  • Socialising (not on Social media but actually getting together with a few friends at least for coffee )
  • Morning or night skin care routine
  • reading a book of your choice
  • Workout or be active in any physical activity
  • Taking time to do something for yourself
  • Cook a delicious meal to make you feel good
  • light a candle and watch a movie or even relax in your bath
  • Eating nutritions meals (It doesn’t not mean that you have to eats salads all day)
