(First two points should be a must in everyones day to day life)
- 6-9 hours of sleep (at a stretch)
- Drink a lot of water
- Journaling
- Meditating
- Socialising (not on Social media but actually getting together with a few friends at least for coffee )
- Morning or night skin care routine
- reading a book of your choice
- Workout or be active in any physical activity
- Taking time to do something for yourself
- Cook a delicious meal to make you feel good
- light a candle and watch a movie or even relax in your bath
- Eating nutritions meals (It doesn’t not mean that you have to eats salads all day)
