Why goals are overrated?

Anybody can have goals. However, what sets winners apart from losers is not goals. It is the process. What winners do differently is that they create a system and adhere to it.

Sure, having goals is fun, but setting them alone won\’t get you anywhere. You need to create a system to achieve those goals and should be able to consistently follow it. If you don’t adhere to that system, the results won\’t show as well.

For example, let’s say you need to loose 10 KG, simply having the goal and telling yourself that you are going to loose 10 KG by the end of this year is not enough. The system would be setting up a diet plan and sticking to it. When designing a system always make sure that it is practical and easy to pursue.
