Peppermint Cafe

HI Guys,

Peppermint cafe is the place I choose to do my first review. A 24 hour opened cafe located in colombo 7. The most interesting I got to know was that this cafe is pet friendly, unfortunately I didn’t take my furry fellows. But try taking your your furry friends. The staff at the cafe was friendly and amazing.

DRINKS

Lime & Mint Mojito – One of favourites, a freshly squeezed lime with a spring of mint. It helps you with weight loss and cleansers you body and keeps yourself hydrates. I would definitely suggest you all to try the mojito especially when your ordering oily food. (LKR 600)

FOOD

French fries were spicy and was fried to the right amount. It had a spicy chicken on top with melted cheese. It tasted great, I would recommend this dish and loved the way they plated this dish on an old news paper, gave a very antic touch as well. But we felt that chicken on top made the fries a little soggy.

You dive into a creamy pasta topped up with parmesan cheese and spicy chicken. The pasta is very well covered in cheese chicken is not mixed with pasta. It made me a little difficult to brake the chicken since the piece was not mixed and was too big.Other than that it was a great dish. The spices was very well balanced. Definitely recommends this dish.
