Honey Mayo Dip

I love creating dishes and this dip I created is loved by my family and they enjoy it as a salad dressing, dip or as a taco dressing.

  • Prep time – 10mins
  • Cooking Time – 2-3mins
  • Serves – 2-3

Ingredients

  • Fresh Parsley –  2/3 cup
  • Garlic Cloves – 4
  • Honey – 1 Tbsp
  • Mayo – 5 Tbsp
  • Dijon Mustard – ¾  Tsp
  • Fresh Corridor – 2/3 cup
  • Fresh or Jared Jalapeños – 3-4 pieces (Depends on the spiciness that you mouth can handle)
  • Salt & Pepper (If needed)

Method

  • Add all the ingredients together and put it into a food processor and make sure it blends until it turns into a creamy paste. (If you don\’t have a food processor then you can use a mixer, grinder or a blender)

Enjoy it with your favourite chips, veggies or on your taco as a dip or a dressing. There is no limit to this recipe ! If you fancy, you can   add veggies like cucumber or spices such as cinnamon or chilli! Don\’t be afraid to experiment on  and to build up on this recipe to create an even more delicious and healthy dish. Let  the best version of yourself  out and create and invent great dishes. All I can say is that if I can,  so can you.

I would like to know how the dip tasted, let me know by commenting below. Hope you enjoyed it.
